Our mental health program lasts 10 to 21 days; the duration depends on whether it is necessary to discontinue psychiatric medications and undergo a detoxification process. Whether peyote or psilocybin mushrooms are recommended to address the issue, the program is designed for:

  • Alcohol use disorder
  • Substance use disorder
  • Smoking cessation
  • Relapse prevention

The success rate ranges from 58% to 75% with the use of psychedelics over a maximum of 3 sessions. Long-term success depends on a proper preparation and integration process, and in some cases, a follow-up session is necessary between 6 to 12 months later. 

For scheduled retreats, the maximum number of guests is 6, with a 2:1 ratio (2 staff members for every guest) to provide personalized care. 

To be eligible for the retreat offered by NierikaMX, each participant must undergo a selection process that includes:

It is important to note that we define trauma as: the profound emotional and cognitive response to extreme, stressful, or threatening events that exceed an individual’s ability to cope with them.

The success rate with psychedelic medicine can reach up to 87%, depending on active participation in the preparation, integration, and follow-up processes.

In some cases, additional sessions with the medicine are necessary; these may take place 3, 6, or 12 months later.

Our grief program lasts between 7 to 21 days, depending on each person’s individual goals. Regardless of whether peyote or psilocybin mushrooms are recommended to address the issue, the program is designed for:

  • Prolonged grief
  • Existential distress
  • Spiritual crisis

The success rate can reach up to 80% in reducing symptoms of prolonged grief after 14 days and two sessions with psychedelic medicine.

Our program for survivors of abuse lasts between 7 to 14 days, depending on each participant’s goals. This program is designed to serve survivors of abuse, primarily:

  • Sexual abuse and rape
  • Intimate partner abuse
  • Family abuse
  • Domestic violence
  • Gender-based violence
  • Childhood abuse
  • Digital abuse and cyberbullying
  • Survivors of attempted homicide
  • Survivors of kidnapping

The success rate ranges from 50% to 80%, depending on the severity of the abuse, the length of stay at the retreat, and the participants’ commitment to the preparation and integration processes.

CREATIVITY

Psychedelics have emerged as potential enhancers of creativity, influencing both divergent and convergent thinking processes. Current research indicates their capacity to disrupt cognitive rigidity and promote innovative thought patterns, warranting further exploration into their therapeutic and recreational applications.

Our creativity retreat lasts for 7 days; there is no set success rate, however, acute use of psychedelics can enhance divergent thinking, but may impair structured problem-solving abilities.

This retreat is recommended for people who are experiencing creative blocks or who simply wish to explore their potential in depth, making the most of the neuroplasticity offered by psychedelic medicine.
