Your breath is the bridge between your body and mind, your energy and emotions, your inner world and the world around you. The Breath of Life Retreat is a transformative, educational, and experiential immersion into the art and science of breathwork — exploring how conscious breathing can awaken clarity, healing, and expanded awareness across the Seven Dimensions of Life: body, energy, emotions, mind, spirit, relationships, and mission.

Guided by expert facilitators, educators, and breathwork specialists, this retreat brings together ancient breathing practices from Yoga and Qigong with modern conscious connected-breathwork traditions, including Rebirthing, Holotropic, and Shamanic Breathwork. You will experience longer breathing journeys (one hour or more) that open deep inner awareness and energetic release, as well as shorter daily breath sessions that can be easily integrated into your personal practice.

In addition to direct experience, participants receive a comprehensive education in the science of breath — learning the anatomy and physiology of respiration, how the breath influences every cell in the body, how it regulates the nervous system and emotional states, and how it can be used to optimize health, energy, and clarity.

Each day blends breathwork, yoga, meditation, mindful movement, nature immersion, and nourishing food, creating an environment for profound transformation, balance, and insight.

Individual breathwork coaching offers personalized guided sessions (online or in person) designed to reduce stress, manage anxiety, improve sleep, and release emotional blocks through customized breathing techniques, such as Connected-conscious Breathing. These private sessions provide a safe, trauma-adjusted space for deep, individualized therapeutic work.
